We’re excited to share that our CEO and founder, Lindsay Telles, was featured by Economist Zone in its article, “How Teams Automate Work Without Losing Human Judgment.”
The piece brings together leaders sharing where automation helps most and where people still need to stay in control. Lindsay's essay reflects a principle we believe strongly at Sellet Media: automation works best when it supports skilled professionals rather than replacing their judgment.
In the article, Lindsay explains that a task is safe to automate when it is repeatable and rules-based, while a person still owns the final call and can explain it. She shares how we use AI to speed up web and design work without removing expert oversight from the process. AI can assist with drafts and production steps, but final creative decisions and quality control still belong to the design professional responsible for the work.
That approach has helped us improve turnaround time while keeping standards high and accountability clear. For us, the goal is not to automate judgment away. It is to free up time while making sure the right people still own the work that matters most.
We’re grateful to Economist Zone for including Lindsay’s perspective and highlighting a practical, human-led approach to AI adoption.
